Winners: Brampton Ellis Runners-up : Wath C of E

3rd: Windhill 4th: Lacewood 5th: Carrfield 6th : St. Johns 7th Sacred Heart 8th OLSJ
Each of MSJ, GSH & OLSJ finished on 3 points.

Brampton Ellis won the Don & Dearne Girls Cup for the first time after a 1-0 victory over Wath C of E in the final match at Swinton Miners’ Welfare.
2023 winners Wath C of E had won all five of their matches by 1-0 before facing Brampton Ellis in a ‘winner takes all’ match. It was Brampton’s Ruby Gosling that found herself one on one and slid the ball into the bottom corner. The invincible Ellis defence kept a clean sheet again (as they had done in their previous 5 matches).
Third place Windhill actually scored the most goals in the tournament – Jaidie Beal scored 5, Ella Middleton 2 and Daisy Harrison the other.
Lacewood only just qualified for the finals – they can take pride in qualifying for the elite league. Carrfield will feel they warranted a place in the elite league with a 100% record in their quest for 5th place. Both Carrfield and Lacewood held the champions to 0-0 draws.
Three teams managed to find some form towards the end – notably Sacred Heart with a 3-1 win, Wath OLSJ with 1-0 win (Lucy Clemson) and St. Johns with a 2-0 win (Yessa Bell and Poppie Hosin).
