Danny scored all THREE of Darfield Council’s 1955 Totty Cup final goals in the derby final against Darfield C of E.

Danny: “After leaving the junior school I continued playing football for Darfield foulstone school until I left school  aged 15. Got married in 1964 when I was 20 and moved to Brampton. Only played football occasionally for local teams etc.”
